HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

During your stay, housekeeping will be provided to keep the property clean and tidy. To ensure your comfort and privacy, staff will only clean areas requested by guests.

Rooms will not be organized or cleaned unless requested by guests. Housekeeping staff will advise you on the services you require and will always be available for any needs, within reason.

Please note: If the order and cleanliness exceed reasonable limits, additional charges may apply.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

To facilitate your stay, a concierge will provide logistical support both inside and outside the hotel.

- They can assist with purchasing supplies before or after check-in.

PARKING

The property has parking for up to four vehicles, and street parking is also available in front of the house, as the area is gated and access is only through a gate. The house is surrounded by a mostly elevated balcony, offering privileged views of nature and the mountains.

GAS FIRE PIT

The property has a gas fire pit available for your enjoyment, ideal for sharing special moments outdoors.

This service has an additional cost of $25 USD for 2 hours of use and must be requested in advance with the host.

For safety reasons, tampering with or lighting the fire pit without staff authorization is prohibited.

WASHER AND DRYER

The property has a washer and dryer available, operated exclusively by authorized personnel.

This service has an additional cost of $25 USD for two loads (wash and dry). It must be requested in advance with the host.

For safety reasons, guests should not directly access this area.

It is important for guests to take into consideration that we are in the countryside, and in nature there are insects that may access the property in different ways, as is natural in any country house, even shortly after it has been cleaned.

Villa Diego is immersed in a natural environment where biodiversity is part of the experience. It is common to see butterflies dancing among the gardens, while lizards quietly move through the spaces. Although the property is carefully cleaned, within an hour it is possible to find small traces of their presence. These creatures are harmless and great allies in the natural control of insects, helping to keep the environment freer from bothersome bugs. We are not aware of any dangerous insects in the area, but it is common for a beetle to suddenly appear, even after cleaning. Seeing an adult rhinoceros beetle can be a fascinating experience for nature lovers, while for someone who developed a fear of insects in childhood, it might be harder to appreciate. If you value a connection with nature and enjoy its authenticity, you will love this place; but if you are looking for an environment completely free of these small visitors, perhaps this property—and country life in general—may not be the ideal option for you.

We are available to assist our guests from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Outside of these hours, we are resting; however, guests will have the concierge’s phone number, as he lives very close by, in case of an emergency. Please note that the concierge’s official availability is also from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. After that time, he may go to sleep, and there could be moments when he is not reachable.

LOCATION

The property is located in a residential area in the countryside. The Crucero community is not yet densely populated, which provides great tranquility to enjoy the surroundings.

FOR HIKING LOVERS

As you exit the main gate and walk straight ahead, after crossing the main road you’ll find a rural path. This charming route begins right after the gate and offers a truly delightful experience. The natural beauty of the area is simply unmissable.

GROCERY STORE – MINI MARKET

When you exit the gate and turn right, about 150 meters away you’ll find several local grocery stores (“colmados”), which are as well stocked as minimarkets.

It is very easy to access, since the streets are paved.

Once you make your reservation, we will send you the GPS location of the property, so you will be able to arrive with complete ease.
