IMPORTANT: Electricity consumption is not included in your reservation. This allows us to keep the accommodation rate lower and ensures that each guest pays only for the electricity they actually use during their stay.

• The apartment has an independent electricity meter (monitoring meter) to measure consumption during your stay. It is located on the first level, in the second kitchen, next to the breaker panel and the internet router.

• A meter reading is taken at check-in and another at check-out.

• Electricity consumption during your stay is charged at RD$15 per kWh.

• A security deposit of US$16 x reserved nights is required in order to cover electricity consumption. Payment is made 72 hours before check-in; for reservations made less than 72 hours in advance, it must be paid upon receipt of the instructions. Without timely confirmation and payment, we will be unable to keep the reservation.

• For stays longer than one week, we will take a meter reading seven days before check-out to calculate the accumulated consumption and deduct it from the deposit. Consumption during the final seven days will be calculated using the final meter reading and included in the checkout settlement.

• At the end of the stay, the electricity settlement will be completed. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded to the guest; if the total consumption exceeds the deposit, the guest must pay the difference at check-out.

The terrace and gazebo are designed and equipped to create memorable moments and allow you to relax with your loved ones while enjoying one of the most exquisite views of the city.

It features automatic access, so you can arrive on your own and check in independently. Once you make your reservation, you will receive the instructions.

All areas of the property, as well as its amenities, are available for guests to enjoy, except for the master bedroom terrace, which is not used since it is unfurnished. However, if for any reason guests wish to use it, the key can be found on the keychain in the cold kitchen.

We are available to attend to any requests from our guests from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. If guests need to contact us outside of those hours, they will most likely receive a response the following day, since we are resting during off-hours

This Penthouse is located in the exclusive “La Esmeralda” neighborhood, right in the heart of Santiago de los Caballeros—perfect both for nearby errands on foot and for those by car. It is close to the city’s most important landmarks, such as “El Monumento a los Héroes,” “Ágora Mall,” “Unión Médica,” supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, metro station, gyms, and more.

Getting around the area is very easy, as long as you use GPS. It is important to note that the street where the building is located is one-way, and it changes to two-way at the next corner. Therefore, when driving out from the building, you can only turn right. However, if you enter your destination address before leaving, you will have no issues.

The area is also very walkable, since many points of interest are located nearby.
