It features automatic access, so you can arrive on your own and check in independently. Once you make your reservation, you will receive the instructions.
All areas of the property, as well as its amenities, are available for guests to enjoy, except for the master bedroom terrace, which is not used since it is unfurnished. However, if for any reason guests wish to use it, the key can be found on the keychain in the cold kitchen.
We are available to attend to any requests from our guests from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. If guests need to contact us outside of those hours, they will most likely receive a response the following day, since we are resting during off-hours
This Penthouse is located in the exclusive “La Esmeralda” neighborhood, right in the heart of Santiago de los Caballeros—perfect both for nearby errands on foot and for those by car. It is close to the city’s most important landmarks, such as “El Monumento a los Héroes,” “Ágora Mall,” “Unión Médica,” supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centers, metro station, gyms, and more.
Getting around the area is very easy, as long as you use GPS. It is important to note that the street where the building is located is one-way, and it changes to two-way at the next corner. Therefore, when driving out from the building, you can only turn right. However, if you enter your destination address before leaving, you will have no issues.
The area is also very walkable, since many points of interest are located nearby.

PROPERTY RULES
1- We want all our guests to enjoy a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. Therefore, we ask that the noise level be kept moderate at all times, especially in common areas and during the night (after 10:00 pm).
Gatherings and celebrations are welcome, as long as schedules are respected and the peace of the neighbors is not disturbed. Loud music, shouting, or any activity that causes discomfort is not allowed.
The Penthouse offers plenty of privacy, so if you don’t bring an extra speaker apart from the sound systems provided, you won’t need to worry about controlling the volume.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in warnings and, in extreme cases, cancellation of the stay.
2- If you lose a set of keys, we will charge RD$3,000. With this money we will purchase a new programmed remote control and a token for the building’s pedestrian door.
3- Small Bluetooth speakers are allowed, or you may use the sound equipment available in our property. Large speakers are strictly prohibited.
4- Smoking is allowed in this property; however, we ask smokers not to do so inside the house. You may smoke comfortably in all open areas, but please be careful not to leave hookah residues or cigarette butts, and handle these matters responsibly to avoid damage to the property.
5- The maximum capacity of people allowed in the villa is 10, including children. Anyone over 2 years old counts as a guest.
6- The property does not allow additional guests beyond the number stipulated at the time of booking. If you wish to bring extra guests, this condition must be communicated in advance and approved by the host. If accepted, an additional fee will be charged.
7- Events or parties are not allowed on the property without prior authorization from the host. If you wish to hold a celebration, you must inform us during the pre-booking inquiries and, if possible, provide details of the event. If an event is held without notification, your reservation may be canceled immediately. If accepted, an additional fee will be charged.
8- Cooperation with cleaning is everyone’s duty. To maintain a harmonious environment in this temporary home, guests must ensure that trash is disposed of exclusively in the bins distributed throughout the property and common areas. Likewise, they must clean the kitchen utensils they use and collect the waste they generate.
9- Guests must return the same number of towels they receive.
10- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, we kindly ask that you inform us so we can do everything possible to correct it as soon as possible, making your stay more pleasant.
