Alaia is an ideal country house to rest and enjoy with the family the benefits of Jarabacoa.
It is located in Manabao, where the nature has remained intact and can be seen from the balcony. A 5-minute walk away, you will find the Yaque del Norte River, with crystal clear waters and spaces for ecotourism.
The house is on the heights and away from the city, so the weather is incredible and perfect all year round. The nature surrounding the house still seems untouched.
The property is located near to Yaque del Norte River and just 10 minutes from the departure camp for excursions to Pico Duarte.
In addition, because of the preserved natural beauty of the area, it is perfect for walking tours, hiking activities and to visit ecological zones.
We inform you that, in order to guarantee the safety of both our guests and the property, we have security cameras that operate 24 hours a day.
We also offer additional services, such as:

2- Horseback riding;
3- Buggies and Four Wheels;
4- Paragliding jump;
5- Rafting or Canoeing
Note: all these activities or extra services must be reserved in advance to guarantee their availability.
The country house has free parking inside the property, very spacious and quiet, ideal for sitting down to BBQ and enjoying with a group.
Inside the house you will find a dining room for 4 people, a fully equipped and well laid out kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms, with double beds with their sheets and bed accessories.
The balcony has outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunset in the mountains and breathe in the fresh air.
Guests will have access to the area reserved for them and the amenities on the first floor, as well as the parking lot.
To access, you can find the key as soon as you arrive at the location. In case you require it, an assistant will be waiting to welcome you.
The country house has two floors, the first floor has parking and various amenities to enrich your experience and stay. The accommodation is located on the second floor.
Guests can always count on the attention of our work team who are always available to answer any questions and support them during their stay, as well as guide them so that they can know which are the best places and areas to visit.
Manabao, with its paved streets and easy access, is characterized by having a perfect climate and an incredible view of the mountains.
Being sparsely populated, it maintains its greenery almost intact, and having the Yaque del Norte River next to it, it is one of the most delicious places in Jarabacoa to vacation.
One of the main attractions of the area is that it has many spas where you can spend the day, cooking, having a BBQ, sharing a few drinks, listening to good music, playing dominoes and enjoying a delicious bath.
The best for you is visiting the area in a private vehicle, because there is only one transport from Jarabacoa to Manabao and vice versa.
Also, we always recommend the use of GPS, although walking in the area is very easy, since everything is traveled through the main streets.

HOUSE RULES
1- The Attorney General's Office and the National Police have established as a rule in Jarabacoa that the volume of music and noise caused by groups must always be moderate, so as not to disturb the tranquility and harmony of the surroundings or bother neighbors. After 10:00 p.m., music volume must be limited exclusively to group consumption and, under no circumstances, should be heard by neighbors.
2- Smoking is permitted on this property; however, we ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. You may do so comfortably in all open areas. However, we also ask that you be careful not to leave hookah residue or cigarette butts behind, and that you handle them carefully, as they can cause damage to the property.
3- It is everyone's duty to cooperate with order and cleanliness to maintain a pleasant and harmonious environment in this, which will be your home during your stay. Trash must be deposited exclusively in the containers located throughout the property and common areas.
4- Guests must return the same number of towels they receive, which will be equal to the property's maximum capacity;
5- If the guest detects any anomaly in the house, please inform us and we will do everything possible to correct it as soon as possible, thus making their stay more enjoyable.
6- Adult guests are responsible for their own care and that of any accompanying children.
7- The maximum capacity is 4 people, and additional guests are not allowed under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation, without refund.
8- Entry is limited to registered guests. For safety reasons, any additional visitors must be notified in advance and approved by the host.
9- Do not move furniture within the house.
10- Noisy events are not permitted within the villa. These types of events, which may require loud music or group noise, should only be held in the pool and/or gazebo area. However, it should also be noted that this is a very quiet location, so rule 1 must be strictly observed throughout the area.
11- Guests must leave all kitchen utensils clean, as they found them, and trash collected in bags and left in the trash bins located outside the property.
