Welcome to Villa Los Caciques, with capacity for 16 people and surrounded by nature, it is perfect for vacations and relaxation. It has a closed perimeter, swimming pool, pool table, huge patio, games for children and adults, domino table, gazebo, cold kitchen, hot kitchen and bonfire. It is located 10 minutes from the Camú River, just 15 minutes from the town center and 10 minutes from Salto de Jimenoa, one of the most important tourist attractions in Jarabacoa.

This beautiful cabin is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Jarabacoa. It is a space where the details have been taken care of very well. It has a pool table, dominoes, pool, BBQ, kitchen, lorena, gas, a beautiful patio, balconies with a view, rooms with very comfortable beds, and everything looks like new.

Each space at Villa Los Caciques has been delicately cared for, ensuring that everything is of the highest quality. For example, all of their mattresses are of very high quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep for guests. Similarly, the rest of the furniture is also of high quality.

The rooms are very cool, no matter what time of year. In the rooms there is capacity for 15 people, and in the living room, a sofa bed with capacity for 2 more people. The best way to get around the area is with GPS, since many of the streets in Jarabacoa do not have an official name on the map.

Our property is located a few minutes from the Rio Camú, a crystalline and clean river; 20 minutes from the town of Jarabcoa, less than 15 minutes from the Salto de Jimenoa. Basically, everything is relatively close. This area is extremely quiet and very cool, with very pleasant views of nature, as well as a very private environment. To move around the area is easy, even in a low car, and we recommend using the GPS.

- HOUSE RULES -

1- Listening to music from small Bluetooth speakers or using the sound systems available on the property is permitted. Playing music from a car or bringing large speakers is prohibited. You may use the audio equipment available on the property or bring your own small speakers.

2- The volume of music or noise from groups must always be kept moderate so as not to disturb the peace and harmony of the surroundings.

3- After 10:00 PM, music must be for personal use only. After this time, the volume must be kept low enough so that only you and your group can hear it without disturbing other guests.

4- No additional guests are allowed beyond the number stipulated at the time of booking. If you wish to bring additional guests, you must inform the host in advance and obtain their approval. An additional charge will apply if this condition is accepted.

5. When hosting an event, no additional guests are allowed beyond the number specified at the time of booking or the additional number agreed upon with the host as per rule number 4. If visitors arrive, the host must be notified and must authorize their stay.

6. Placing decorations on the property without staff supervision is prohibited.

7. Smoking is permitted on this property; however, we ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in all common areas, but we ask that you take care not to leave hookah remnants or cigarette butts behind, and handle these items carefully to avoid damaging the property.

8. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility. To maintain a harmonious environment in this vacation home, guests must ensure that trash is disposed of exclusively in the bins located throughout the property and common areas. They must also clean the kitchen utensils they use and collect any trash they generate.

9. Guests must return the same number of towels they received, up to the property's maximum capacity.

10. If a guest notices any problems in the house, please inform us. We will do our best to resolve them as soon as possible to make your stay more enjoyable.

11. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children, especially in areas such as the pool, where water on the ground can cause slips and accidents.

12. It is strictly forbidden to place anything on the pool table other than the table itself, including food. If the pool table is damaged, soiled, or stained due to this rule, the guest agrees to pay for all necessary cleaning and repair costs.
