SPECIAL DATES:

For dates such as Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday, December 22–26, and December 29 through January 2, the property is rented based on a minimum of 25 guests. If you wish to book during these dates, you must select 25 guests.

HOW TO SEE THE ACTUAL COST OF YOUR RESERVATION

Bedrooms will not be tidied or cleaned unless guests request it. The housekeeper will ask which services you would like and will be available to assist with reasonable needs.

POOL MAINTENANCE

• The pool undergoes daily maintenance at 6:00 a.m., including the application of pool-treatment chemicals and water filtration.

** For safety reasons, the pool may be used again after 8:00 a.m.

GUEST ACCESS

• A staff member will be waiting to welcome guests and help them access the property.

• Guests will have access to all areas of the property, except for bedrooms that are not included in their reservation, which will remain locked.

• Please keep in mind that Villa Lo’ Palo is located in the countryside, in a natural environment where biodiversity is part of the experience. It is common to encounter butterflies, house geckos, and various insects native to the area, including rhinoceros beetles, even after the property has been thoroughly cleaned.

• Despite the care and cleaning maintained throughout the villa, small creatures from the surrounding environment or traces of their presence may occasionally appear. House geckos are harmless and help control insects naturally.

• For those who enjoy nature, this biodiversity can be part of the property's charm. However, guests who are afraid of insects or have an insect phobia may find it unpleasant. If you are looking for an environment completely free of these small visitors, please consider this before booking.

The property has three staff members to assist guests: a cook, a housekeeper, and a logistics support assistant.
