SPECIAL DATES

For dates such as Holy Thursday, Holy Sunday, December 22, 26, and 29, and January 2, the property is rented for 25 people. Therefore, if you wish to book for those dates, you must select 25 people. If the platform doesn't allow it, you can select the maximum capacity allowed in your request. On the next screen, you can modify the number of people so the system provides you with the actual price. If you have any problems making your reservation, please don't hesitate to contact us. If your group exceeds 45 people and you'd like to bring more guests, you can choose to bring your own air mattresses with sheets and pillows. And each additional person beyond the 45 can stay for FREE.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

During your stay, you’ll have access to a maid service to keep the property clean and organized. To ensure your comfort and privacy, cleaning will be done only in areas requested by guests.

Rooms will not be cleaned or organized unless requested by the guests. The maid will check with you regarding the cleaning services you require and will always be available for reasonable needs.

Important: If order and cleanliness exceed reasonable limits, additional charges may apply.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

To make your stay more convenient, a concierge will be available to provide logistical support both inside and outside the property.

- Can assist with purchasing supplies before or after check-in.

Jarabacoa’s cool climate year-round makes air conditioning unnecessary.

Important: The pool is serviced daily at 6:00 a.m., during which chemicals are applied and the water is filtered. For safety reasons, the pool cannot be used before 8:00 a.m.

ROOM DISTRIBUTION · SIMPLE AND FLEXIBLE

- Eight-bed room is mandatory

• This room is always open, as it is the largest and connects the house to the first gazebo.

• Must accommodate at least 3 people (fits up to 8).

- Choose the rooms you prefer

• Guests can freely select their rooms.

• The only condition is that all beds in each room must be occupied.

- Want more space or privacy?

• You can request additional rooms for $20 USD per extra bed.

• Example of additional room costs:

- Double (2 beds) → $40 USD

- Triple (3 beds) → $60 USD

- Six-bed room (6 beds) → $120 USD

• Optional inflatable mattresses: placed in the room of your choice, with sheets, pillows, and blankets; $20 USD each.

- If beds remain unoccupied after selection, they are not charged

• If guests have correctly occupied the rooms and there are still empty beds, those vacant spots are not charged.

• Only additional requested rooms are charged.

HOW TO SEE THE ACTUAL COST OF YOUR RESERVATION

Rates are dynamic. What does this mean? Prices may vary depending on the number of guests and the season, offering maximum flexibility.

To get the correct price:

- Select the exact number of adults and children attending. Prices vary depending on the number of people.

- If the platform only allows you to select up to 16 guests, don't worry: we will send you a separate invoice for additional guests.

For each person exceeding the 16-guest limit, an additional charge of $36.76 USD per night will apply.

Visitors not included in the reservation will be charged half the additional guest rate.

Guests will have free access to all areas of the property, except for the rooms that are not part of their reservation, which will remain closed.
It is important for guests to keep in mind that we are in the countryside, where insects are naturally present and may enter the property through various means, just as they would in any rural home—even shortly after cleaning.
Villa Lo’ Palo is immersed in a natural setting where biodiversity is part of the experience. Butterflies gracefully flutter through the gardens, while salamanders quietly roam the spaces. Although the property is meticulously cleaned, within an hour, subtle signs of their presence may appear. These creatures are harmless and valuable allies in natural insect control, helping to keep the environment cleaner. We are not aware of any dangerous insects in the area, but it is common for a beetle to suddenly appear or even crash into a wall, moments after cleaning. Seeing an adult rhinoceros beetle can be a fascinating experience for nature enthusiasts, while for someone who developed a fear of insects in childhood, it might be more unsettling. If you appreciate nature’s authenticity and embrace its charm, you will love this place; but if you prefer an environment completely free of these small visitors, perhaps this property, and rural life in general, may not be the ideal option for you.

There are three people assisting guests at the property: a cook, a maid, and a concierge. They will welcome guests at the property, and if guests do not need them, they can leave to make room for them. Their mandatory hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, if guests wish, staff can leave at 12:00 p.m. after completing their basic cleaning and tidying duties.

We also provide our guests with a contact number through which they can call or write to us, and we will be available to assist them with any needs they may have.

The Crucero community is located just 15 minutes from downtown Jarabacoa.

It is a beautiful and very quiet place, characterized by its spectacular views, as well as its green areas.

It is very easily accessible, because its streets are paved, and it has grocery stores and assortments for almost any need.
To get to our property, I always recommend searching on the GPS for "Plaza el Sol", which is located on the Federico Basilis Avenue, which is the main avenue of Jarabacoa, and from that point, put the location of our property " Villa Lo'Palo ".
