- HOUSE RULES -

1- The environmental protection agency and the national police have established a rule requiring that the volume of music or noise from groups always be moderate so as not to disturb the peace and harmony of the surroundings or bother the neighbors. After 10:00 PM, the music volume must be exclusively for the enjoyment of the group staying on the property and at a level that does not disturb the neighbors.

2- Music from small Bluetooth speakers is permitted, or you may use the sound systems available on our property. Playing music from your car or bringing large speakers is prohibited. Again, you may use the audio equipment available on the property or bring your own SMALL speakers.

3- No additional guests are allowed in the villa beyond the number stipulated at the time of booking. If you wish to bring additional guests, you must inform the host in advance and obtain their approval. An additional charge will apply if this condition is accepted.

4- Events or parties are not allowed on the property without the host's prior authorization. If an event is held without prior notice, your reservation may be canceled immediately.

5- It is forbidden to place decorations on the property without staff supervision.

6- It is forbidden to move furniture from inside the house or from outdoor areas, or to misuse it for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

7- Smoking is permitted on this property; however, we kindly ask that smokers refrain from smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in all common areas, but please be careful not to leave any hookah remnants or cigarette butts behind, and dispose of them carefully to avoid damaging the property.

8- Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility. To maintain a harmonious environment in this vacation home, guests must ensure that trash is disposed of only in the bins located throughout the property and common areas. Guests must also clean the kitchen utensils they use and collect any trash they generate.

9- Guests must return the same number of towels they received, up to the maximum capacity of the property.

10- If a guest notices any problems in the house, please inform us, and we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

11- Placing any object on the pool table, including food, is prohibited. If the pool table is damaged, soiled, or stained as a result of violating this rule, the guest agrees to pay all necessary cleaning and repair costs.

12- Pets are not allowed on the property. If guests violate this rule and their pet causes damage to the property or affects their belongings in any way, the guest will be responsible for the costs of repairing the affected space, belongings, or furniture, and legal action will be taken if the guest does not acknowledge the damage.
