Villa Bartolo, with capacity for 20 people, is a true paradise in the heights of Jarabacoa, located in Mata de Plátano, at the beginning of the Ébano Verde Scientific Reserve. It is one of the most complete villas in the entire area.

Our villa features exquisite views and an architecture that allows you to fully enjoy the views of the valleys, mountains, and vegetation that characterizes the Cibao region.

The property includes housekeeping and cooking staff throughout the stay. (This service does not include supplies, so guests must provide them.)

Guests will enjoy complete privacy; however, they should consider that they will have housekeeping and cooking staff at their disposal during their stay, coordinated by themselves. Kitchen and housekeeping services will be available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Use of the jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to use the heater; if you do not use it, it will not be debited.

Here's how it works: the jacuzzi heater turns on for 2 continuous hours, and once turned off, the water remains hot for approximately 4 more hours, allowing you to enjoy up to 6 hours of relaxation. Just let us know what time you'd like us to turn it on, and we'll take care of everything.

Rooms are available based on the number of people specified in the booking process. If you wish to add companions to the number of people you booked, you must consult with the host for approval, and the rate increase will be indicated based on the additional people. Adding more people without consulting the host may delay the check-in process while obtaining host approval or result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Additionally, you can explore incredible nature with hiking and the exclusive Salto del Monje spa. All this is just 5 minutes from the Camú River, where luxury merges with nature and the views are simply breathtaking.

There is a minimarket just 5 minutes away, which offers home delivery service during the day; however, we recommend bringing your supplies before your arrival for your convenience.

SPECIAL NOTE: During Easter and on the following December dates: December 22nd to 26th and December 29th to January 2nd, the property is rented for a minimum of 20 people. If the platform doesn't allow you to select more than 16 people, don't worry, we'll send you a separate invoice for the four additional people.

It has a style that combines modern details with country and natural features. It has an architecture focused on taking advantage of the views, so that guests can enjoy them from any room they are in.

Every detail in the property is thought about the convenience and comfort of the guests. The rooms have air conditioning or ceiling fans, closets and areas to store clothes.

The terrace has beautiful outdoor furniture and is designed to sit near the pool to enjoy an afternoon of sun and hydromassages, while preparing a barbecue in the BBQ area.

The property's balconies have incredible views of the entire city and the ebony green reserve.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property, except for unbooked rooms. If you book for more than 16 people, they will have access to all rooms; unbooked rooms will remain locked during your stay.

TRADITIONAL DOMINICAN COUSINE

Enjoy the authentic flavors of the central Cibao region with the help of our specialized Creole cook.

Before selecting your menu, guests must coordinate with the cook to ensure the chosen dishes are within her expertise.

If you’re craving sancocho, asopao, locrio, stewed goat, oxtail, mangú with los tres golpes, Dominican bandera, moro, fried or stewed meat, salads, all this and more is available to you at no extra cost.

Important: Ingredients must be provided by the guests. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive the cook’s contact information to arrange dishes and ingredient details.

If you wish to prepare a special dish outside the cook’s expertise, you can coordinate with her for assistance within her capabilities.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

During your stay, you’ll have access to a maid service to keep the property clean and organized. To ensure your comfort and privacy, cleaning will be done only in areas requested by guests.

Rooms will not be cleaned or organized unless requested by the guests. The maid will check with you regarding the cleaning services you require and will always be available for reasonable needs.

Important: If order and cleanliness exceed reasonable limits, additional charges may apply.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

To make your stay more convenient, a concierge will be available to provide logistical support both inside and outside the property.

- Available for any logistical needs during your stay.

The house is surrounded by nature and a beautiful forest landscape. Its location allows guests to connect with the forest and breathe fresh air.

It is located at the beginning of the Ébano Verde ecological reserve; therefore, it is completely free from pollution thanks to the coniferous forest and cold-climate plants.

Mata de Plátano is an exclusive neighborhood, so all the houses in the area are luxurious and beautiful. Villa Bartolo, however, is more secluded from the other houses, making it more private, exclusive, and equally luxurious.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the Camú River, one of the most crystalline and beautiful rivers in the municipality, and just 20 minutes from downtown Jarabacoa.

It's paved up to the property. This section is called Mata de Plátano and is a dirt road. It has two sections where vehicles other than front-wheel drive or 4x4s must ascend at speed. The poor condition section isn't long, but the two short sections aren't suitable for low-clearance vehicles.
