Villa Yamilet is a very cozy space, with 4 rooms with capacity for 12 people, and an inflatable bed for 2 additional people, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV, dining room, and one of its totally private rooms on the second floor. Within them, two of the rooms are double, one with a king-size bed and the other with a full size double bed, while the other two have a full size double bed and a double cabin each.

The villa has its own space to be in privacy with your loved ones, a good well-furnished terrace, as well as its own BBQ, however, it also has access to the entire complex, areas such as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and its BBQ, Huge well-furnished gazebo, with a domino table and Smart TV, green areas and path, basketball court, pool table, outdoor bathrooms, among others.

Welcome to Villa Los Caciques, with capacity for 16 people and surrounded by nature, it is perfect for vacations and relaxation. It has a closed perimeter, swimming pool, pool table, huge patio, games for children and adults, domino table, gazebo, cold kitchen, hot kitchen and bonfire. It is located 10 minutes from the Camú River, just 15 minutes from the town center and 10 minutes from Salto de Jimenoa, one of the most important tourist attractions in Jarabacoa.

This beautiful cabin is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of Jarabacoa. It is a space where the details have been taken care of very well. It has a pool table, dominoes, pool, BBQ, kitchen, lorena, gas, a beautiful patio, balconies with a view, rooms with very comfortable beds, and everything looks like new.

Each space at Villa Los Caciques has been delicately cared for, ensuring that everything is of the highest quality. For example, all of their mattresses are of very high quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep for guests. Similarly, the rest of the furniture is also of high quality.

The rooms are very cool, no matter what time of year. In the rooms there is capacity for 15 people, and in the living room, a sofa bed with capacity for 2 more people. The best way to get around the area is with GPS, since many of the streets in Jarabacoa do not have an official name on the map.

Our property is located a few minutes from the Rio Camú, a crystalline and clean river; 20 minutes from the town of Jarabcoa, less than 15 minutes from the Salto de Jimenoa. Basically, everything is relatively close. This area is extremely quiet and very cool, with very pleasant views of nature, as well as a very private environment. To move around the area is easy, even in a low car, and we recommend using the GPS.

Villa Bartolo, with capacity for 20 people, is a true paradise in the heights of Jarabacoa, located in Mata de Plátano, at the beginning of the Ébano Verde Scientific Reserve. It is one of the most complete villas in the entire area.

Our villa features exquisite views and an architecture that allows you to fully enjoy the views of the valleys, mountains, and vegetation that characterizes the Cibao region.

The property includes housekeeping and cooking staff throughout the stay. (This service does not include supplies, so guests must provide them.)

Guests will enjoy complete privacy; however, they should consider that they will have housekeeping and cooking staff at their disposal during their stay, coordinated by themselves. Kitchen and housekeeping services will be available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Use of the jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to use the heater; if you do not use it, it will not be debited.

Here's how it works: the jacuzzi heater turns on for 2 continuous hours, and once turned off, the water remains hot for approximately 4 more hours, allowing you to enjoy up to 6 hours of relaxation. Just let us know what time you'd like us to turn it on, and we'll take care of everything.

Rooms are available based on the number of people specified in the booking process. If you wish to add companions to the number of people you booked, you must consult with the host for approval, and the rate increase will be indicated based on the additional people. Adding more people without consulting the host may delay the check-in process while obtaining host approval or result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Additionally, you can explore incredible nature with hiking and the exclusive Salto del Monje spa. All this is just 5 minutes from the Camú River, where luxury merges with nature and the views are simply breathtaking.

There is a minimarket just 5 minutes away, which offers home delivery service during the day; however, we recommend bringing your supplies before your arrival for your convenience.

Before selecting your menu, guests must coordinate with the cook to ensure the chosen dishes are within her expertise.

If you’re craving sancocho, asopao, locrio, stewed goat, oxtail, mangú with los tres golpes, Dominican bandera, moro, fried or stewed meat, salads, all this and more is available to you at no extra cost.

Important: Ingredients must be provided by the guests. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive the cook’s contact information to arrange dishes and ingredient details.

If you wish to prepare a special dish outside the cook’s expertise, you can coordinate with her for assistance within her capabilities.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

During your stay, you’ll have access to a maid service to keep the property clean and organized. To ensure your comfort and privacy, cleaning will be done only in areas requested by guests.

Rooms will not be cleaned or organized unless requested by the guests. The maid will check with you regarding the cleaning services you require and will always be available for reasonable needs.

Important: If order and cleanliness exceed reasonable limits, additional charges may apply.

To make your stay more convenient, a concierge will be available to provide logistical support both inside and outside the property.

Mata de Plátano is an exclusive neighborhood, so all the houses in the area are luxurious and beautiful. Villa Bartolo, however, is more secluded from the other houses, making it more private, exclusive, and equally luxurious.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the Camú River, one of the most crystalline and beautiful rivers in the municipality, and just 20 minutes from downtown Jarabacoa.

There is a minimarket just 5 minutes away, which offers home delivery during the day; however, we recommend bringing your supplies before your arrival for your convenience.

It's paved up to the property. This section is called Mata de Plátano and is a dirt road. It has two sections where vehicles other than front-wheel drive or 4x4s must ascend at speed. The poor condition section isn't long, but the two short sections aren't suitable for low-clearance vehicles.

To get there, you'll only need a GPS and the location we'll provide when you make your reservation.

Use of the jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to use the heater; otherwise no charge will be made.

Events such as weddings, big birthdays, activities with artists and large celebrations have an additional cost of 600 USD the night of the event, and this includes the assistance of a person who would help you with everything related to the care and organization of the place for said event.

Guests are required to bring their own speakers. It is important to note that playing music from vehicles at any time is strictly prohibited. This is due to volume and noise issues that could disturb the tranquility of the property and surrounding neighborhoods.

Very important fact: the pool is not closed, therefore, it is recommended to properly supervise children.

At Serenity Hills we have a staff dedicated to maintaining the property, as well as cooking and cleaning it, during your stay, at no additional cost. These staff will be available to meet the needs of guests within the property. You can always consult with them any concern, and they themselves will receive guests inside the property.

Note: the staff will always respect the privacy of the guests, therefore, they will be available to be coordinated by the guests.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property, except the rooms that were not rented. If guests make a reservation for more than 16 people, they will have access to all rooms, and rooms that were not rented will be closed during their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1- The property has a room that can accommodate 6 people, which was previously an entertainment room and did not have a bathroom. In the future, we will add a bathroom to this room; however, in the meantime, those who book this property should note that this room does not have a bathroom, and guests staying there will need to use the bathroom in another room. Apart from this one, all other rooms have their own bathroom;

2- Some platforms do not allow selecting more than 16 people for a reservation, so please note that, starting from the 16th person, each additional person will pay a fee of 25 USD per night. However, if the platform allows you to select more than 16 people, you will not have to pay any additional cost, as the platform will charge the total amount;

3- To maintain a good balance between comfort and price, each reservation will provide rooms corresponding to 1 bed for every 2 people. However, if guests wish to use one bed per person, they will need to pay an additional 20 USD per bed per night;

4- The beds and bathrooms are distributed in the rooms as follows:
