If for some reason you need to move chairs, we have 30 brown Rimax chairs with armrests, which you can move at will, and if you need to move the terrace furniture to do so, because you need to place the Rimax chairs for some activity, you must do so with the help from Junior, who will ensure that this activity is done with due care.

At Serenity Hills we have a staff dedicated to maintaining the property, as well as cooking and cleaning it, during your stay, at no additional cost. These staff will be available to meet the needs of guests within the property. You can always consult with them any concern, and they themselves will receive guests inside the property.

Note: the staff will always respect the privacy of the guests, therefore, they will be available to be coordinated by the guests.

Guests will have access to all areas of the property, except the rooms that were not rented. If guests make a reservation for more than 16 people, they will have access to all rooms, and rooms that were not rented will be closed during their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1- The property has a room that can accommodate 6 people, which was previously an entertainment room and did not have a bathroom. In the future, we will add a bathroom to this room; however, in the meantime, those who book this property should note that this room does not have a bathroom, and guests staying there will need to use the bathroom in another room. Apart from this one, all other rooms have their own bathroom;

2- Some platforms do not allow selecting more than 16 people for a reservation, so please note that, starting from the 16th person, each additional person will pay a fee of 25 USD per night. However, if the platform allows you to select more than 16 people, you will not have to pay any additional cost, as the platform will charge the total amount;

3- To maintain a good balance between comfort and price, each reservation will provide rooms corresponding to 1 bed for every 2 people. However, if guests wish to use one bed per person, they will need to pay an additional 20 USD per bed per night;

4- The beds and bathrooms are distributed in the rooms as follows:

Welcome to Villa Mi Sueño! With a capacity for 18 people, this captivating place combines art and rustic design. It has one of the most privileged views in Jarabacoa, surrounded by beautiful mountains that offer a unique visual delight.

A modern and elegant pool, a large patio, enclosed perimeter, fire pit area, cold and hot kitchen, spacious rustic-style gazebo, treehouse, and swings.

Our beautiful pool is equipped with a salt chlorination system, making it an organic pool for everyone's enjoyment, without harmful chemicals.

The spacious gazebo evokes a countryside ranch atmosphere in the Dominican style and is equipped with amenities such as a dining table, pool table, domino table, hammocks, hanging chairs, and a colorful bar resembling a 'frío frío' cart. We also have a hot kitchen with a stove and grill for rustic cooking enthusiasts.

Villa Mi Sueño features a spacious indoor kitchen, with space for the most demanding culinary art lovers, equipped with all the necessary utensils for your gastronomic creations. It also boasts a large dining area with seating for 12 people, as well as an outdoor dining area in the gazebo.

A maid and cook are included for your convenience. Additionally, you can explore the incredible nature with hiking and the exclusive Salto del Monje bathing area. All this just 5 minutes from the Camú River, where luxury blends with nature and the views are simply stunning.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-----SPECIAL NOTE: During Easter and on the following December dates: December 22nd to 26th and December 29th to January 2nd, the property is rented for a minimum of 18 people. If the platform doesn't allow you to select more than 16 people, don't worry, we'll send you a separate invoice for the two additional people.

-----PRIVACY: The property is totally private for your group, and the perimeter is completely closed. Everything you see in the photos belongs to the same facilities.

-----COOKING SERVICE: Enjoy a unique culinary experience! Our Creole kitchen staff will happily prepare delicious typical dishes for you. Keep in mind that their specialty is Creole cuisine; However, if you want to experiment with more elaborate recipes or other cuisines, don't hesitate to ask for help. Our staff will be on hand to support you, just be sure to share your ideas and instructions! Your creativity in the kitchen is more than welcome here.

-----JACUZZI HEATER: We want you to enjoy our jacuzzi without worries. To keep our prices fair, we do not include the cost of heating the hot tub in the rental rate. Heating the jacuzzi requires high gas consumption. Therefore, we leave this service as optional for our guests, for only 62.5 USD per night.

Here's how it works: the hot tub heater turns on for 2 hours continuously, and once it's off, the water stays hot for about 4 more hours, allowing you to enjoy up to 6 hours of relaxation. Just tell us what time you want us to turn it on, and we'll take care of everything.

If you would like to use the hot tub heater service, please contact us before 8:00 PM, and we will be happy to turn it on remotely for you.

----For reservations of more than 16 people, there will be an extra cost of 32.5 USD per person per night, up to a maximum of 18 people.

-----NUMBER OF ROOMS: Our cozy property is designed to accommodate up to 12 people in the house, in 5 comfortable rooms. Additionally, we have a wonderful additional room, No. 6, with 2 bunk beds, located just underneath the gazebo, separated from the rest of the house.

This spacious room is perfect for larger groups, as it features a convenient dresser, a relaxing hanging chair, and a full bathroom. Ideal for moments of rest or work! Room No. 6 has two triple bunk beds, with a maximum capacity for 6 people.

If you are planning a reservation for less than 13 people and would like to enjoy this charming room, no problem. You can choose to make the reservation for 13 people and unlock this extra special space. So feel free to choose what best fits your needs!

If you arrive later, you will find the keys in the security box next to the main door. We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to adjust your arrival time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. The key box is to the left of the main door in the small cabinet. If you arrive in the dark, a flashlight will be useful.

-Access Code: The code to access the house will be sent to your phone number a few hours before your arrival for added security.

-The jacuzzi heater turns on for 2 continuous hours, and when it turns off, the water lasts about 4 more hours, losing temperature. Therefore, if you request the service, you must tell us what time you want us to turn it on, so you can take advantage of these 6 hours as much as you want.

-Water: We have a water dispenser with a large 5-gallon water jug. If it runs out during your stay, you can purchase an additional one here at the property for RD$100.00.

-Nature: We want to remind you that, although our doors and windows have screens and we follow a weekly fumigation and pest control program, you may occasionally encounter insects or some friends of nature, such as salamanders. These creatures, although harmless and excellent natural pest controllers, may surprise some people. We recommend that you be prepared for these small encounters. We hope you enjoy the experience of being surrounded by the beauty and natural life of Jarabacoa!

-Repellent: Don’t forget to bring your repellent to fully enjoy the open outdoor areas.

-Fire Extinguisher: Fire extinguishers are located in the common areas.

-First Aid Kit: You will find the first aid kit in the bottom drawer of the bathroom sink in the master bedroom.

-Lights and Appliances: Please turn off lights and appliances.

-Waste Management: Please take the trash to the designated containers.

-Pool Safety: Please ask for life jackets if needed... we have them available for your safety and peace of mind.

At Villa Mi Sueño, we have dedicated staff for property maintenance, as well as cooking and cleaning during your stay, at no additional cost. This staff will be available to meet the needs of guests within the property. You can always consult them with any concerns, and they will personally welcome guests within the property.

Note: The staff will always respect guests' privacy, so they will be available to be coordinated by the guests.

Villa Mi Sueño is located in Mata de Plátano, one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas of Jarabacoa.

The house is surrounded by nature and a beautiful forest landscape. The location allows guests to connect with the forest and breathe fresh, clean air.

Situated at the beginning of the Ebano Verde ecological reserve, it is completely free of pollution thanks to the coniferous pine forest and cool-climate plants.

Mata de Plátano is an exclusive neighborhood, so all the houses in the area are luxurious and beautiful. However, Villa Mi Sueño is secluded from the other houses, making it more private, exclusive, and equally luxurious.

The villa is just 5 minutes from the Río Camú, one of the clearest and most beautiful rivers in the municipality, and only 20 minutes from downtown Jarabacoa.

There is a mini-market just 5 minutes away that offers delivery during the day; however, we recommend bringing your supplies before arrival for your convenience.

Our property is easily accessible with most of the route paved. However, the last kilometer is unpaved and has a layer of gravel with a moderate incline. Despite this, front-wheel-drive vehicles can ascend without any issues with a good start, and the rest of the journey continues smoothly to our beautiful villa.
